We recently completed a Mainline Power installation at Royalton at Capitol Commons, where modern convenience meets thoughtful design. This project showcases how Mainline Power adapts to both aesthetic and functional needs in a condo setting, offering total flexibility for evolving lifestyles.
Kitchen Island Upgrade: Flexible Power Where It Matters
One of the highlights of this project is the installation of the Mainline Power Track on the kitchen island counter. In many homes, the island serves multiple purposes—from meal prep and cooking to lounging and even remote work. Our client wanted to make the most of this space, and Mainline Power made it possible.
With this setup, the client can:

The power track is integrated directly into the island’s wooden paneling, maintaining the clean, warm aesthetic of the cabinetry while bringing practical, accessible power right to the center of the kitchen.

In the same unit, another Mainline Power Track was installed along the feature wall, where the client plans to mount a television and set up a media cabinet. Instead of relying on a fixed wall socket behind the TV, the client now has:
- The freedom to add or move power sockets at any time
- Easy access to power for devices like soundbars, gaming consoles, and streaming equipment
- A clean solution that avoids the need for drilling or additional electrical work in the future
